Privacy Policy

• Your chosen display name, stored in your browser's localStorage under the key tf2:whoami.
• Content you create: workspaces, projects, tasks, notes, and standups.
• Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) retained by our hosting provider for abuse prevention and debugging.

• No email address, phone number, password, or payment information.
• No third-party analytics, ad trackers, or marketing pixels.
• No cookies beyond the essentials needed to keep the application working in your browser.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL + Realtime), which runs on AWS infrastructure. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and WSS. The Taskflow website itself is hosted on Vercel.

Taskflow has no login system. The workspace URL is the access key — anyone with the link can read and edit the workspace. Share your workspace URL only with people you trust, the same way you would a private Google Doc link.

Your workspace stays until someone deletes it. To request deletion of a specific workspace, email hello@tskflw.com from any address with the workspace URL. We'll remove it within 30 days.

You can clear your local identity at any time by clearing site data or localStorage for tskflw.com in your browser. For any data access or deletion request, email hello@tskflw.com.

Taskflow is not directed at children under the age of 13.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Taskflow after a change means you accept the updated policy.
